OpenClaw is an AI agent platform that enables users to deploy and manage autonomous AI agents on cloud infrastructure. Our services include the agent launcher, preset agents, and related tools.

OpenClaw may require you to provide your own API keys for third-party AI model providers. You are solely responsible for your use of these third-party services and compliance with their terms.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the platform are owned by CoreSpeed Inc. or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you create using the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreSpeed Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
