Terms of Use

Last updated 30 July 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and CoreSpeed Inc. (“CoreSpeed”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of the corespeed.io website, the dashboard, the API, and the connectors and capabilities offered through them. By creating an account or using CoreSpeed, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you are using CoreSpeed on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it, and “you” means that organization.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live and must not be barred from using the service under applicable law, including export control and sanctions rules. CoreSpeed is built for developers and businesses, not for children.

Your account and API keys

Keep your sign-in credentials and API keys confidential. Anything done with your account or your keys is treated as done by you, so revoke a key immediately if you think it has been exposed — you can do that from the dashboard at any time.

You are responsible for the agents, applications, and people you allow to use your account, and for making sure their use follows these terms. An agent acting under your key is acting as you.

If you use CoreSpeed as part of an organization, an administrator of that organization can manage members, keys, connected accounts, and billing, and can see the organization's activity log.

Acceptable use

Use CoreSpeed for lawful purposes and in a way that respects other people and the services it connects to. You agree not to:

Break the law or infringe rights
Use the service to do anything illegal, or to infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Access accounts you are not entitled to
Connect a third-party account you do not own or have permission to use, or attempt to reach another customer's data.
Attack or probe the service
Interfere with or disrupt CoreSpeed or its infrastructure, bypass rate limits, quotas, or billing, or attempt to reverse engineer or extract credentials from it. Good-faith security research reported to us is welcome — email us first.
Send harmful or abusive content
Use CoreSpeed to generate or distribute malware, spam, unsolicited bulk messages, harassment, sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence against people.
Misrepresent generated output
Present AI-generated content as human-authored where doing so would mislead someone to their detriment, or use the service to impersonate another person or organization.
Resell or misuse the platform
Resell, sublicense, or rent access to CoreSpeed unless we have agreed in writing, or use it primarily to build a substantially similar competing service.
Break upstream rules
Use CoreSpeed in a way that violates the terms or acceptable-use policies of the model providers or connected services your requests reach.

Connected services and Google APIs

Connectors let CoreSpeed act in third-party services on your instruction. When you connect one, you authorize CoreSpeed to use the permissions you grant to carry out the actions you or your agent request. You remain bound by that service's own terms, and you are responsible for the actions taken in your connected accounts through CoreSpeed — including actions initiated by an agent you configured.

Some connector actions are visible outside CoreSpeed and cannot be undone by us. Sending an email, posting publicly, booking a meeting, or changing an advertising campaign are examples: once the third-party service has carried the action out, reversing it is between you and that service.

Third-party services are operated by others. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or acts, and a change on their side may break or remove a connector without notice.

Where you connect a Google service, your use is also subject to Google's Google APIs Terms of Service and the terms of the Google service itself. CoreSpeed's handling of data received from Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy, and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you send to or store in CoreSpeed — your prompts, the memory you save, the files you upload, and the data reached through your connected accounts. We claim no ownership of it.

You grant CoreSpeed the permission needed to operate the service for you: to transmit, store, and process your content in order to route your requests, produce results, and keep the service running and secure. That permission exists so we can run CoreSpeed and for no other purpose, and it ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are responsible for having the rights to the content you submit, and for making sure that sending it to a model provider or connected service is something you are permitted to do.

Model output. Rights in what a model generates are governed by the terms of the provider that generated it. Output is not unique to you — another user with a similar prompt may receive similar results.

Feedback. If you send us suggestions about CoreSpeed, we may use them freely and without obligation to you. Do not send us anything you consider confidential.

Our intellectual property

CoreSpeed, including the software, documentation, design, and the CoreSpeed name and logo, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms grant you the right to use the service, not any ownership of it. Do not use our name or branding to imply endorsement without our permission.

Credits and billing

Paid usage runs on credits. Prices, credit amounts, and any applicable taxes are shown before you pay, and payment is handled by Stripe under their terms. Usage draws down your balance as requests are made, and your activity log records what was charged.

Costs charged by model providers and other upstream services can change, and we may adjust prices. We will make changes visible before they apply to new purchases.

Changes, suspension, and termination

CoreSpeed is under active development. We may add, change, or remove features, models, capabilities, and connectors, and we may set or adjust rate limits and quotas. We aim to avoid breaking things you depend on, but we do not promise that any particular feature, model, or connector will remain available.

You can stop using CoreSpeed at any time, disconnect your connected accounts, and ask us to delete your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if your use puts the service, other customers, or a connected provider at risk, if we are required to by law, or if payment fails. Where circumstances allow, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right. If we terminate your account, we will tell you at the address on the account.

After termination, we delete or de-identify your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep before you close your account.

Disclaimers

CoreSpeed is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will meet your requirements.

AI output can be wrong. Language models produce inaccurate, incomplete, and sometimes confidently false results. Do not rely on CoreSpeed output as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and review it before acting on it — especially where an agent will take a real action in a connected account. Deciding how much autonomy to give an agent is your decision and your responsibility.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreSpeed will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the service, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section and the section above may not apply to you.

Your responsibility to us

You agree to defend and hold CoreSpeed harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, from content you submit, or from actions taken in your connected accounts through your account or keys.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, who processes it, how long we keep it, and how to reach, correct, or delete it. It forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as CoreSpeed develops. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will notify account holders directly. Continuing to use CoreSpeed after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
