By accessing or using the CoreSpeed platform operated by CoreSpeed Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

CoreSpeed is an Agent Gateway platform that enables users to equip AI agents with leading tools, deploy and manage them on cloud infrastructure with tool-call-level permission management. Our services include the agent launcher, preset agents, and related tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use the service to harm others or violate their rights
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service

5. API Keys and Third-Party Services

CoreSpeed may require you to provide your own API keys for third-party AI model providers. You are solely responsible for your use of these third-party services and compliance with their terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the platform are owned by CoreSpeed Inc. or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you create using the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreSpeed Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
