Zoho Mail

List the mailboxes the connected Zoho account can access (accountId, primary address, display name).

Fetch one mailbox's settings and details (storage, aliases, signature configuration).

List a mailbox's folders with their ids, types and paths — get folder ids here.

List a mailbox's labels with their ids and colors.

List emails in a folder (or across the mailbox), filtered by read status, flag, label or thread.

Search a mailbox with Zoho Mail's search syntax, e.g. entire:invoice, from:jane@zylker.com, subject:renewal.

Fetch one email's metadata (sender, recipients, subject, size, flags, labels).

Send an email from one of the mailbox's own addresses. Multiple recipients are comma-separated.

Move emails or threads into another folder.

Set (or clear) the Zoho flag on emails or threads: info, important, followup, or flag_not_set.

Apply labels to emails or threads.

Remove labels from emails or threads.

Archive emails or threads. On mailboxes with an Archive folder (Zoho's default) they move into it, a thread's sent copies included; older mailboxes archive in place, hiding the mail from its folder's listing.

Unarchive emails or threads. On mailboxes with an Archive folder (Zoho's default) this moves the named mail that is in Archive — for a thread, its archived members only — to dest_folder_id, or the Inbox. Zoho keeps no record of the folder mail was archived from, so an archived thread's sent copies land there too; move those by message id to route them. Named messages outside Archive stay put and are listed in not_archived. Older mailboxes that archive in place unarchive the mail where it is. The result's unarchived_to names the destination folder, or in_place, and message_ids lists what moved.

Delete an email — to Trash by default, or permanently with expunge.

Create a mail folder, optionally nested under an existing one.

Delete a folder. Zoho moves it (with its emails and sub-folders) to Trash rather than removing it outright, so list_folders keeps showing it under the /Trash path until Trash is emptied.
