One on mail0.app, like support-t9bqz3@mail0.app. The first part comes from the inbox's name; the random part makes it hard to guess. A deleted address is never given out again.

Why did my agent's message wait for approval?

Mail to someone new outside your organization always needs a person's approval, whatever your approval rules say. That includes the first reply to someone who wrote in, because a From line can be forged. Teammates, your allowlist and people the inbox already wrote to need no approval.
